Information you send us through our forms
Our contact and program enquiry forms ask for the following, and only what you type into them:
- your name (full name, or first and last name)
- your email address
- your phone number
- your questions or comments
We also record which form you used, so your message reaches the right people at the school.
How we use it
We use what you send to respond to your enquiry and to provide information about our school. When you submit a form, your message is sent by email to school staff responsible for that program, with your email address set as the reply address so we can answer you directly. The website itself does not store your submission: it is delivered as an email and is not saved to our website or content system.

Services involved
- SendGrid (Twilio) delivers form submissions to the school by email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from spam. On pages with a form it runs a check in your browser, and when you submit, your IP address and the result of that check are sent to Cloudflare to verify the submission came from a person.
- Vercel hosts this website. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits in aggregate, so we can see which pages are useful.
- Sanity hosts the website's text, images and documents. Form submissions are not sent to Sanity.
- YouTube and Vimeo videos load only when you choose to play one. YouTube videos use its privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) mode.
Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy.
Donations and other sites we link to
Donations are made on PayPal's website. We do not receive or store your payment card details; PayPal's privacy policy applies to anything you enter there. The same is true of other sites we link to, such as RenWeb and Google Maps.
Information stored on your device
If you choose light or dark mode with the theme switch, that choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
Children
Our forms are intended for parents, guardians and other adults enquiring about the school. [CONFIRM: the school's position on information submitted by or about children]
