3rd-6th Elementary Class Descriptions 

Students may enroll in Section A OR Section A & B. (All afternoon students must also attend morning classes in addition.) All students will automatically be enrolled in Wednesday afternoon Bible class. Each grade level will meet individually.

SECTION A CLASSES: Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings (cost $625/sem) ALL students will automatically be enrolled in this section: 

Mathematics and Math Lab: Students will take grade appropriate math, learning concepts, working with manipulatives and games, and doing homework problems together in math lab. ($5 supply fee/sem) 

Language Arts and Language Arts Lab: Students will study a grade appropriate Language Arts program which will include reading, spelling, vocabulary, writing and grammar. Books will also be chosen that coincide with history and science studies as well. ($10 supply fee/sem.)

Prerequisites: passing grade level Math and Language Arts tests from the past year 

Cost of Section A per semester: $625, plus $15 supply fee/sem., plus books (see attached list)

SECTION B CLASSES: Monday and Friday Afternoons (cost $420/sem.): (must also enroll in Section A): 

Science, Social Studies & Geography, Music/ Art, PE, Hands-on Projects (3rd /4th), Keyboarding (5th/6th):

Students will study grade appropriate science, social studies and geography; students will also have choir (fall sem. 1st-3rd; spring sem. 4th-6th) and art (fall sem. 4th-6th; spring sem. 1st-3rd). Our afternoons will be following a science and social studies & geography scope-and-sequence and will have homework in order to enhance and maximize learning. Students will participate in PE team games, sport, and exercise skills; and a variety of hands-on projects and/or keyboarding.

Cost of Section B per semester: $420, plus $60 supply/activity fee, plus books (see attached list)

REQUIRED BIBLE CLASS: Wednesday afternoons (cost $145/sem.): (all students are automatically enrolled in): 

Students will learn Bible stories and truths and build upon those year after year. Our own TDA curriculum is geared towards planting these truths in students’ hearts through prayer, Scripture memory and meditation. 

Cost of Bible Class per semester: $145, plus $20 supply/activity fee 

Section A and Bible: $770 (not including supply fees) 

Sections A, B and Bible: $1190 (not including supply fees)
